Sospel: A great place for a walking holiday in France
The alps maritime and the area around Sospel in particular has some spectacular walks. Many of the people who are lucky enough to walk in the alps Maritimes are amazed at the shear beauty to be found on the many thousands of kilometers of paths and tracks in this delightful corner of France – particularly around Sospel.
The walk in the video below is about three to four hours – so is ideal if you don’t want to do too much or just have a morning or afternoon free.
The tour in the video below is around an 8 to 9 hour – 18 km walk around a picturesque side valley coming of the main Bevera valley. Visitors to the Villa Amiel can borrow one of the rare guides we have for this walk.
You can of course buy a French walking guide as there many available and some specifically for this area.
